Since joining IBM in March of last year, I've been under the care of three managers. I'll be having my fourth manager starting next week albeit on an interim basis. My current manager is moving into a regional role effective June. I certainly wish her all the best.
My new interim manager is a pillar in the IBM organization having been in the company for the past 25 years. I will surely learn a lot from her especially with the wealth of experience she brings. I actually wouldn't mind having her as my manager permamently.
I'm looking forward to working with her real soon.
