Value is definitely with Miguel Cotto at +280. Pacquiao, the heavy favorite, is expected to win this one but risking -400 is just not the smartest bet.
For Pacquiao backers, a KO win might be the best value play at -170 since everybody expects him to knockout the Puerto Rican.
