They didn't warn the public about impending strong rainshowers yesterday. The whole metro was flooded and people were stranded everywhere.
They forecasted a powerful typhoon to hit Manila today, saying it's equivalent to a Signal #4 storm. The government suspended classes for all levels in anticipation of this. Well, guess what? It was absolutely dry the whole fucking day.
PAGASA is stupid. It ought to get disbanded. We can use the funds elsewhere.
