I was once asked this question, and I laughed before I answered:
"What is your INTJ personality?"
She was referring to the personality assessment called the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (or MBTI), and INTJ is just one of the results. Good thing I come from an HR background, otherwise I wouldn't have figured it out.
Ignorance is never an excuse so better google before you ask (or speak) if you're unsure. It won't take much time.
