Missed

I just got back from a despedida a while ago. The night didn't turn out as well as what I thought it would be. I will acknowledge though that I'm partly to blame. It was just awkward and I didn't want to impose. At any rate, I missed someone both literally and figuratively. I feel like an opportunity was both missed and wasted.
